Recently, a doctor of mine electronically ordered a new Rx for me, and it took over 2 weeks for them to fill it. Their excuse? Somebody put a hold on it, but they wouldn't say who. Why didn't they call me to let me know? When I called, a robo voice said there were no prescriptions in my name. Why did I have to drive there to find out?
